Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Front Office conversational AI assistant ("the Service"), operated by Morgan Rose, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By exchanging SMS or MMS messages with the Service, or by using frontoff.com, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Description
Front Office is a personal conversational AI assistant that exchanges SMS and MMS messages with a small allowlist of recipients personally invited by the operator. Messages include scheduling, reminders, status updates, and conversational replies. The Service is not a commercial messaging product and is not available to the general public.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on conversation activity. Typical volume is single-digit messages per day for an active recipient. Some days you may receive no messages.
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge you to receive messages from the Service. Charges from your carrier are your responsibility.
4. Carriers
The Service uses Twilio as its messaging provider and is compatible with all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from the Service. After replying STOP you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
6. Help
Reply HELP to any message from the Service to receive information about the program and how to contact the operator.
7. Eligibility
You must be 13 years of age or older to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Transmit unlawful, harassing, or abusive content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service
- Use automated systems to send messages to the assistant
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Messages generated by the assistant may contain errors. You should not rely on the Service for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morgan Rose, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
