Front Office is a conversational AI assistant operated by Morgan Rose, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you exchange SMS or MMS messages with the assistant at our designated phone number, or interact with us through frontoff.com.
1. Information We Collect
When you exchange messages with the assistant, we collect:
- Your mobile phone number
- The content, date, and time of messages you send and receive
- Delivery and read-receipt metadata provided by your mobile carrier
- Information you voluntarily share in conversation, such as names, appointments, or preferences
When you visit frontoff.com, we may collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, for security and operational purposes.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above only to:
- Operate the conversational assistant and respond to your messages
- Maintain a personal history of our conversations with you to provide continuity
- Diagnose and fix technical issues
- Comply with legal obligations and carrier requirements
We do not use your information for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose unrelated to operating the assistant.
3. SMS Opt-In and Consent
You are added to the assistant's allowlist only after a direct personal invitation from the account owner of Morgan Rose, LLC, who has obtained your verbal or written consent. We do not accept opt-ins through web forms, purchased lists, or any automated source.
Mobile information, including phone numbers and opt-in data, is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell mobile information. This restriction applies to all categories of information collected in connection with SMS or MMS messaging.
4. Opt-Out
You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from the assistant. Once you opt out, your phone number is immediately removed from the allowlist and no further messages will be sent. You may reply HELP at any time for assistance.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your information. We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us operate the assistant, such as Twilio for message transport, Anthropic for language model inference, and ElevenLabs for speech synthesis. These providers act on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations and are prohibited from using your information for their own purposes.
- Legal authorities, when required by a valid subpoena, court order, or other applicable law.
We do not share mobile information or opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
6. Data Retention
We retain conversation history and metadata for as long as you remain on the allowlist, plus a reasonable period thereafter to handle any disputes or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
7. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The assistant is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has interacted with the assistant, contact us and we will delete the relevant information.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the assistant before they take effect.
